What will the session include?
We will start our session with an intake conversation:
I love taking some time to get to know your intentions for receiving bodywork, how you use your body in daily life, any pertinent medical history, and your preferences for massage.
With this information, we’ll come up with a general treatment plan for the session!
Treatment can include a variety of modalities, including Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue work, Craniosacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping, and Swedish techniques.
